By accessing purepool.buzz and using services offered by 遵义普赤楠网络科技有限责任公司, operating as Pure Pool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Pure Pool provides systems design, integration, consulting, and managed services. Scope and fees are defined in separate agreements with clients.
You agree to lawful use only. Prohibited conduct includes uploading malware, unauthorized access, site interference, automated extraction, impersonation, and legal violations.
Site content is owned by Pure Pool or its suppliers. Personal viewing and printing is permitted. Modification or distribution requires written consent.
Each party maintains confidentiality of the other's information. Obligations survive termination.
Pure Pool is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific service in the preceding twelve months.
The Site is provided as-is. All implied warranties are disclaimed. Services warranties are as set forth in applicable service agreements.
You agree to indemnify Pure Pool from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.
We may suspend Site access at any time. Services termination is per applicable agreements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, then arbitration in Zunyi, Guizhou. Injunctive relief may be sought for IP or confidentiality protection.
Neither party is liable for failure due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
These Terms, together with service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
